New Bonus Structure

A new quarterly bonus structure will also take effect starting January 2021. Criteria for the bonus will be based on individual safety, overall company safety, time/attendance, idle time/fuel, as well as years of service. JR’s is committed to the safety of our drivers and neighbors on the road. As such, certain preventable safety violations, including seat belt violations, speeding tickets, and preventable accidents can result in an individual driver losing his/her entire quarterly bonus.

Productivity Bonus

New starting in 2021 will be a Productivity Bonus based on miles driven. Every 130,00 miles driven, drivers earn $0.01 with no cap. This bonus specifically will be based on an annual basis and paid in April of the following year. (Bonus paid for 2021 miles will be paid April 2022).
